Who we are
Progression Logic provides training software for coaches and their clients. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
For coaches: your name, email, profile details you choose to add, and billing status. For clients: what your coach enters or you add yourself, such as your programs, logged sessions, activities, appointments and intake answers.
Payments
Subscriptions are paid through Stripe. Stripe handles card details; we only keep a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription.
Health information
Intake answers can include health information. It's visible only to the client and the coaches they work with, is used only to plan training, and is never sold or used for advertising.
Emails
We send service emails (account, invites, appointments, monthly summaries). Marketing emails from your coach are sent only with your consent, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is open. A coach can delete a client and their data; ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your data, except what we must keep by law (such as billing records).
