Who we are
Progression Logic is software for personal trainers and coaches to plan programs, log sessions and keep in touch with their clients. These terms cover your use of it.
Your account
You need an account to use Progression Logic. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans, subscriptions and billing
You can use the free plan at no cost, try the paid features once with a free trial, and subscribe to a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay. Paid plans renew each month until cancelled, and AI use beyond your plan's weekly allowance may be billed per use.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription (the Stripe customer portal). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
Your clients' data
You decide what client information you enter and you're responsible for having your clients' permission to do so. You keep ownership of it; we use it only to provide the service to you and your clients.
Health information
Progression Logic is a training tool, not medical advice. Health questionnaires and notes are there to help you plan safely; they don't replace a qualified professional's judgement.
